Which iOS devices are supported?

All iOS devices that are running iOS 8.0 and above are supported.
For iPhones this includes: 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, 6 and 6 Plus.
For iPads this includes: 2, 3, 4, air, mini, and mini with retina display.
For iPods, only the 5th generation is supported.

I lost all my tracks from the previous version and can’t seem to find how to restore it. Can you help?

Restoration of tracks only works if you have logged in with your facebook account when you made your original purchases and you are also logged in when you are attempting to restore your tracks. If you are logged in, you can find the restore function within the profile section of the store. From the store front view, look for Profile which is located bottom right hand corner. Tap on it and the first thing you will see is the the Restore button. Tap on it and it’ll take you to the restore process where it will ask for your original Apple ID and Password (the same ones you used to download and purchase your tracks).

Can I access Omvana on my laptop or desktop computer?

The in-app purchases you have bought on the Omvana app are only accessible on your device. We do have offer a desktop version of Omvana called Omvana online which you can access here: http://play.omvana.com. The online version of Omvana offers several free tracks but requires a subscription plan in order to access the premium content.

I can’t play the Omvana tracks on my iTunes. Why?

The tracks that you download from the Omvana Store or the tracks that you have on your Omvana library are only playable from our Omvana app.

For some reason, I was charged more than once on the same track that I purchased from your Omvana Store. Can you help me refund?

Why do I need to log in with facebook?

We require users to login with facebook so that we can back-up and synchronized their purchases so that their tracks can always be restored in the future in case anything happens to their device.
